With the Swachh Bharat Mission completing five years on Oct 2, how far has rural and urban India come in increasing new toilet coverage and becoming open defecation free.
Eight Years Ago... The 2011 Census showed that over half the country had no toilet and the share of households without toilets had decreased by just 10 percentage points in a high-growth decade (2001-2011).
