HYDERABAD: AP state government employees supporting a "united" Andhra Pradesh would meet on Sunday to determine their future course of action against the state's proposed bifurcation to create a separate Telangana state.

The Andhra Pradesh Non-Gazetted Officers' Association ( APNGOA) president P Ashok Babu told reporters here today that the pro-"united" AP employees unions plan to organise a 'Chalo Hyderabad' march when the bill for formation of a separate Telangana state is taken up by the AP Legislative Assembly.

Earlier, the employees had struck work and resorted to other forms of protests which severely disrupted normal life, causing a crisis in the power sector, in the Seemandhra region.

Calling off their strike they had mentioned that would organise a fresh agitation when the issue of bifurcation of the state came up before the AP Legislative Assembly.
