Fadnavis was reacting to the Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray who just minutes ago in a separate press conference claimed that the BJP government is on notice.
"This government is serving its notice period."said Uddhav flanked by Patidar community leader Hardik Pandya at Matoshree today.
Uddhav's assertion was significant as the BJP government is 23 short of a majority and is being run with the help of the Shiv Sena.
On Tuesday when asked as to how long the Sena would wait till it pulls out of the government, the Sena President said, "I will not say how long the notice period is, but there is only a specific period for the notice period."said Uddhav.
Fadnavis who was revealing the BJP manifesto at the party office, reacted to it by saying that his government is safe for five years.
"My government will last for the entire five year period."said Fadnavis without elaborating on the Sena's threat.
