Srikkanth is BCCI's new chief selector

NEW DELHI: The Board of Control for Cricket in India on Saturday formally announced a new selection panel which has Krishnamachari Srikkanth as its chief selector.

Senior cricket selection committee: Krish Srikkanth, (Chairman, South Zone), Raja Venkat (East Zone), Surendra Bhave (West Zone), Narendra Hirwani (Central Zone) Yashpal Sharma (North Zone).

Sharad Pawar will be the chairman of marketing committee while Rajiv Shukla heads finance committee.

Junior cricket selection committee: Abhey Kuruvilla (chairman, West Zone), Sanjay Desai (South Zone) Sanjeev Sharma (North Zone) Rajesh Bora (East Zone) RS Hans (Central Zone).
