Spiritual leader Dada Vaswani passes away at the age of 99
Vaswani was born August 2, 1918 in Hyderabad (Pakistan). He studied MSc in Physics and also worked as a teacher at St Mira's College in Pune for some time.

The Sadhu Vaswani Mission was planning a big celebration on his 100th birthday next month on August 2, 2018.
"He had been admitted to a private hospital in the city for the past a few days and was discharged last night. Vaswami died in the mission premises this morning," a mission member said.
Vaswani was born on August 2, 1918 in Pakistan's Hyderabad city in a Sindhi family. He studied MSc in Physics and also worked as a teacher at St Mira's College in Pune for some time.
Dada JP Vaswani has millions of followers worldwide, including eminent personalities like Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Manju Nicchani, and Hinduja brothers. He has written more than 150 books on spiritualism and other topics. In fact his thesis 'The scattering of X-Rays by Solids' was examined by Nobel laureate CV Raman.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had addressed the spiritual leader's 99th birthday celebrations last year through a video link. Modi had then said Vaswani's blessings will help in accomplishing goals for a new India. Senior BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani is a frequent visitor to the mission.
His mortal remains have been kept at the mission to enable people to pay their last respects.
