SPG takes stock of security measures at PM Narendra Modi's rally venue

FARIDABAD: Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally at Sector 12 here on this Sunday, a team of SPG personnel today visited the area and took stock of security arrangements.

The team led by DIG SPG M P Gupta also inspected the arrangements of PM's programme to inaugurate the extension of metro services to Faridabad and his travel route besides instructing the police and administrative officials about security measures.

They also visited the industrial area here and were accompanied by AIG D M Maan and Sanjiv Kumar, Police Commissioner Subhash Yadav, Deputy Commissioner of the District Amit Agarwal and Additional Deputy Commissioner Aditya Dahiya and other officials.

The SPG team held a meeting with the district police and administrative officials over security arrangements of the rally and inauguration programme.

Proper security arrangements have been made for Prime Minister Naredra Modi's visit here, Deputy Commissioner Amit Agarwal said.
