KOZHIKODE: Delivering speedy justice without violating concepts of Judiciary would help in answering the call of our Constitution, Kerala High Court Judge, Thottathil Radhakrishnan said.

`Speedy justice alone is insufficient. But, when it is delivered without breaking the concepts of Judiciary, it answers the call of our Constitution', he said inaugurating a professional development programme, organised by Bar Council of Kerala here.

As regards Judiciary, people always wanted qualitative and speedy justice at a reasonable time, he said.

Radhakrishnan said judges or lawyers alone could not do anything. `Justice can be rendered only with the able support of everyone', he said.
