Angered by the charges that it was behind the 'cash for votes' scam, SP said that it will be moving a breach of privilege against the three BJP MPs who have made the charge.

NEW DELHI: Angered by the charges that it was behind the 'cash for votes' scam, Samajwadi Party on Wednesday said it will be moving a breach of privilege against the three BJP MPs who have made the charge.

SP leader Mohan Singh told reporters that he has informed Speaker Somnath Chatterjee that his party would be giving a privilege notice against the BJP MPs for tarnishing the image of Parliament.

In the Lok Sabha, on Tuesday three MPs Fagan Singh Kulaste, Mahavir Bhagore and Ashok Argal had alleged that SP MP Reoti Raman Singh and SP General Secretary Amar Singh struck deal with them and gave the cash to abstain from voting during the confidence motion.
