South Delhi MP Ramesh Bidhuri to send legal notice to AAP
Following the clash at Tughlaqabad, AAP members alleged that Bidhuri and his party workers had indulged in violence

"In eight out of the 10 cases, my name is not mentioned. One case, which was filed during elections, was settled long back and another one has been pending for a long time. In FIR 343/1998 no chargesheet has been framed even after 16 years because the complainant could not be located. AAP members have been trying to malign me and my family. I will send a legal notice to them," Bidhuri said.
Following the clash at Tughlaqabad, AAP members alleged that Bidhuri and his party workers had indulged in violence. "I have video evidence which shows that Sahi Ram's relatives were present at the spot. They are seen provoking people there," Bidhuri said.
AA members said if Bidhuri has against any evidence against them, he should hand it over to the police. "We went to the special commissioner (law & order) to submit tapes showing involvement of eight members of Bidhuri's family in the violence against AAP volunteers. Secondly, in his own affidavit during Lok Sabha elections he has mentioned four cases pending against him. Our allegation is that he lied to the election commission," said an AAP spokesperson.
