South Africa 223 for four at close

AHMEDABAD: Replying to India's 76, South Africa were 223 for four in their first innings at close on the first day of the second cricket Test at Motera on Thursday.

Jacques Kallis with 60 and A B de Villiers with 59 were the unbeaten batsmen at stumps.
