Soren meets NDA MPs in Delhi, keeps UPA guessing

NEW DELHI: Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) chief Shibu Soren, who has emerged as the single most important player right now in Indian politics, is in the Capital and is holding several meetings with various leaders from the NDA camp.

Falling behind in the number game, a desperate Congress has been trying to seek Sorens support, who had been untraceable for the past few days and emerged from hiding on Friday.

Both the Congress and the BJP are desperately trying to woo the JMM chief, whose party has five MPs in the Parliament.

His stand on the trust vote is still a closely-guarded secret.

The JMM leader arrived in the Capital late Wednesday night from Kolkata, and went into hiding since then, keeping the Congress managers on tenterhooks throughout the day.
