Sonia gandhi in hospital, condition stable

Congress president Sonia Gandhi continued to be in hospital for the fourth day on Friday and her condition was described as being stable.

NEW DELHI: Congress president Sonia Gandhi continued to be in hospital for the fourth day on Friday and her condition was described as being stable. “Sonia Gandhi, who is suffering from chest infection, is making steady progress. Her condition is stable. She has been advised to continue her rest,” said B K Rao chairman of board of Sir Gangaram Hospital, where she was admitted on January 1.

Rao denied reports that the upa chairperson was suffering from pneumonitis.
