Sonia Gandhi discharged from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital

On Friday, Jairam Ramesh, general secretary in charge of the Congress' communications department, said a fungal infection was discovered in the party president's lower respiratory tract after she was admitted to the hospital.

Congress President Sonia Gandhi has been discharged from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and is advised to rest, Jairam Ramesh tweeted.

On June 12th, Congress President Sonia Gandhi was brought to Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi for Covid-related concerns.

According to the reports, she was diagnosed with a lower respiratory tract infection after being admitted to the hospital.
