Sonia expresses condolence on AI flight accident

NEW DELHI: Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Saturday expressed grief and sorrow over the tragic air accident in Mangalore.

In a message, she wished speedy recovery to those injured.

At least 60 people were feared dead after an Air India Express aircraft from Dubai, carrying 173 passengers, overshot the runaway while landing at the Mangalore airport this morning.
