Sohrabuddin case: Kataria confident of coming out clean
Kataria, who has been chargesheeted by CBI in the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case, expressed confidence that he will come out clean in the matter.

"CBI could not produce supporting documents with the chargesheet, which indicates that it was done deliberately, hurriedly and without facts.
"I will follow the legal procedure and believe that I will be proved innocent because there is no evidence against me," Kataria told reporters here.
He said that the legal position in the case would become clear after tomorrow's hearing in Mumbai.
Kataria was named in the case by CBI last month and has been charged with murder and destruction of evidence, among other IPC sections.
A former state home minister, Kataria had secured anticipatory bail in the case, but the period of protection against custody ends on June 21.
