Nagpur (Maharashtra): Union Minister Smriti Irani on March 04 while addressing ‘Namo Yuva Mahasammelan’ in Nagpur, gave an open challenge to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. She asked Rahul Gandhi to choose a ground where BJP’s Yuva Morcha will be debating on 10 years (of UPA rule) and PM Modi’s 10 years of tenure.
