Slight intensity earthquake hits Arunachal Pradesh

NEW DELHI: A slight intensity earthquake, measuring 4.8 on the Richter Scale, shook parts of Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday.

The tremor was felt at around 8:12 pm and the epicenter was located at a latitude of 26.7 degrees North and longitude of 95.3 degrees East, the Meteorology department said here.

However, there were no immediate reports of any casualty or damage to property.
