AGARTALA : Signing of the nuclear deal with the US posed a threat to India's sovereignty which could not be allowed, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar said on Monday.
"Our country has huge natural resources like coal and gas from which power can be generated and also huge potential for generation of hydroelectricity from rivers in the north eastern part of the country," the CPI(M) Politburo member said at a public rally at Dharmanagar town in Tripura.
