Home Secretary Anil Goswami may have tripped the thin line on Monday when he prompted Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde at a press conference that Congress had recently won assembly polls in Himachal Pradesh as well.

Shinde had only named Karnataka and Uttarakhand as recent Congress victories in states, while trying to explain the ups and downs of politics in light of the recent debacle.
