New Delhi: The Supreme Court ordered that the Muzaffarpur shelter case main accused Brajesh Thakur be transferred to the Patiala jail by Wednesday and demanded an explanation from the Central Bureau of Investigation and Bihar government on why former state social welfare minister Manju Verma had not been arrested so far.
The court had denied anticipatory bail to Verma on October 9.
