Shah to be in Goa on Jan 30, Modi in Feb first week
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Goa on January 30 and chalk out the campaign strategies in the run-up to the assembly elections there.

"Amit Shah will address a meet of around 200 workers in Goa abiding by the EC guidelines. He will chalk out strategies for the campaigns and poll-related plans and address party workers," BJP Goa spokesperson Urfan Mulla told ET on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the BJP leadership in Goa is still trying to woo back Utpal Parrikar, the late Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar's son, after he was denied a ticket from Panaji. "The late Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar's contribution to Goa and its development is known to all. We acknowledge it and do not want Utpal Parrikar to leave the party. We had offered two seats to Utpal Parrikar," Mulla told ET.
