Shah, Rajnath, others in huddle at Nadda house

BJP leaders Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh were closeted with JP Nadda at the party president's residence on Monday.

Nadda and Shah held a meeting with former Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal, followed by another meeting with railway minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, commerce minister Piyush Goyal, party general secretaries Tarun Chugh and Vinod Tawde, among others.

Tawde later told reporters that Nadda evaluated the seven phases of voting and preparations for votes' counting. BJP also sought details of LS candidates by sending a multi-page form to all state unit chiefs.
