Several public meetings in Uttarakhand to mark 1 year of Narendra Modi government
Mahesh Sharma will address public meetings in Rishikesh and Haridwar tomorrow while Sushma Swaraj will address a public meeting in Dehradun on May 28.

Named 'Jana Kalyan Parva', the festival beginning tomorrow will go on till May 31 during which programmes will be held at the party's district, block, tehsil and town units to mark completion of Modi government's one year in office, state BJP Chief Tirath Singh Rawat said.
Public meetings will also be held at about 200 places throughout the state during the period to publicise the achievements of Modi government so far, he said, adding many of them will be addressed by central ministers.
Union Minister of state for Tourism Mahesh Sharma will address public meetings in Rishikesh and Haridwar tomorrow while External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will address a public meeting in Dehradun on May 28.
Claiming that the Modi government had launched a number of schemes aimed at people's welfare during the last one year of its tenure including Jandhan Yojana, Namami Gange, Swachch Bharat-Viksit Bharat, PM accident insurance scheme, Atal Pension yojana and Sukanya Kanyadhan yojana, the state BJP chief said people are very glad about these schemes.
