NEW DELHI: A day after the Winter Session ended abruptly, the BJP launched an offensive on the Congress-led UPA alleging it made no effort to get the session to run and said this indicated it had lost the will to rule.

“The session had to be abandoned midway. The disturbance was predominantly by the UPA members, their allies and supporters,” leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Arun Jaitley said on his FB. “It is now an understatement to call the UPA a lame duck government. It is a dead duck,” he said.
