Senior IAS officer Rajiv Kumar appointed as new Finance Secretary
The government on Tuesday appointed Rajiv Kumar, Secretary, Department of Financial Services (DFS), as the new Finance Secretary. Kumar, a 1986 batch IAS officer of the Jharkhand cadre, replaces Subhash Chandra Garg, who was shifted to the Power Ministry as the Secretary.
