Seashore group CMD Prashant Dash demands arrest of main conspirators

BHUBANESWAR: In jail for over a year in connection with the multi-crore rupees ponzi scheme scam in Odisha, Seashore group CMD Prashant Dash today said "main conspirators" in the scandal should be arrested.

"The real conspirators have already been interrogated by CBI... I have shared all information with the central agency during my remand period," Dash told reporters outside the special CBI court where he was produced.

He, however, did not name anyone but said the public would know the entire truth about ponzi scheme activities only when these people are arrested as they played a major role in the scam.

Describing these "main conspirators" as "very influential", he said they had appeared before CBI, which is probing their role in the ponzi scheme activities, and may have to do so again.

Dash expressed happiness that the investigation into the scandal was being conducted by CBI and said it would certainly deliver justice.

Dash would be produced before the Special CBI court again next month.
