Scrapping of Art 370: India 'regrets' Pakistan's decision to unilaterally downgrade diplomatic relations

In a response to Pakistan's decision to unilaterally downgrade diplomatic relations with India, New Delhi, on Thursday, issued a strong rejoinder to Islamabad and said that Pakistan has utilised sentiments of dissatisfaction in Jammu and Kashmir 'to justify its cross-border terrorism' in Kashmir. In a detailed statement, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) urged Pakistan to 'review' the steps taken by Pakistan to preserve normal channels of diplomatic communication.
