NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Friday decided to appoint a court officer to help it deal with a public interest litigation seeking to blame a shadowy British intelligence outfit for the assassination of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, instead of Nathuram Godse and Narayan Apte.
