Saurabh Vijay appointed Adviser to World Bank ED

Saurabh Vijay has been appointed for a period of three years from the date of taking over charge of the post, an order issued by DoPT said.

NEW DELHI: IAS officer Saurabh Vijay was today appointed as Adviser to Executive Director of World Bank in Washington.

Vijay, a 1998 batch IAS officer of Maharashtra cadre, is presently working at President Secretariat here.

He has been appointed for a period of three years from the date of taking over charge of the post, an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training ( DoPT) said.

Vijay will be replacing Anuradha Thakur there.
