Sarbananda Sonowal meets industrialists in Bengaluru

Sonowal held one to one Government to Business (G2B) discussion with the industry captains from Biocon, TAFE India, Air Asia, TTK Prestige Limited etc.

GUWAHATI: Assam chief minister, Sarbananda Sonowal on Tuesday had meeting with bigwigs of industry in Bengaluru.

Sonowal was in the city to attend roadshow of Global Investors' Summit 2018 .Sonowal held one to one Government to Business (G2B) discussion with the industry captains from Biocon, TAFE India, Air Asia, TTK Prestige Limited, Toyota Kirloscar, Bharat Electronics Limited, Deccan Charters Private Limited, OLA Cabs (ANI Technology) Limited.

Sonowal said industrialists expressed their interest to expand their business footprints in Assam. “Chief Executive Officer Air Asia Amar Abrol expressed his desire to make Guwahati Airport its base for its operation with South East Asian countries. Sonowal also invited them to the Global Investors’ Summit which would be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 3, 2018.
