Sanawwar Patel elected new chief of Madhya Pradesh Haj Committee

Sanawwar Patel of Ujjain has been unanimously elected as the president of Madhya Pradesh Haj Committee for a tenure of three years.

BHOPAL: Sanawwar Patel of Ujjain has been unanimously elected as the president of Madhya Pradesh Haj Committee for a tenure of three years.

Patel was elected unanimously on Tuesday as there was no other nomination.

He told reporters that he would make efforts to get quota for Haj pilgrimage for Madhya Pradesh increased.

He also assured that Haj houses would soon be built in Bhopal and Indore.
