LUCKNOW: Amid speculation of reshuffle in Akhilesh Yadav ministry in Uttar Pradesh, ruling Samajwadi Party today did not rule it out completely.

"You ask this to the Chief Minister," SP General Secretary Ram Gopal Yadav told reporters when asked about the possibility of reshuffle.

When asked again, he said, "Ho bhi sakta hai aur nahi bhi (It may or may not take place)."

Speculation is rife about reshuffle in Akhilesh Yadav cabinet since some time with party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav venting his ire from various platforms against non-performing ministers.

The last cabinet reshuffle was carried out nearly two years ago. The ministry currently has 56 members -- cabinet 26, including CM, MoS (Independent) five and MoS 25.

The state can have four more ministers.
