LUCKNOW: Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav today announced Alok Kumar Tiwari as his party's candidate for the Rajya Sabha seat.
The seat fell vacant due to the death of SP leader Brij Bhushan Tiwari recently.
