Sajjan Kumar convicted in 1984 anti-Sikh riots case

Announcing its verdict on 1984 anti-Sikh riots case, the Delhi High Court today convicted Congress leader Sajjan Kumar. In 2013, a Delhi court had acquitted Kumar in the case pertaining to the murder of five members of a Sikh family in the national capital. Kumar and two other accused are charged of murder and rioting in the case.
