Sahara Roy's counsel upset Supreme Court, sends his client back in Tihar
Sahara owes over Rs 37,000 crore to market regulator Sebi. They were released on parole after the death of Roy's mother.

The apex court bench headed by Cheif Justice of India T S Thakur cancelled Roy's interim parole and sent him back behind bars just four months after his release in May.
In a dramatic 12-minute hearing, the bench, which initially considered to extended his interim release, got upset over a comment made by Senior Advocate Rajeev Dhawan.
Justice Thakur made an observation that Subrata Roy should return to jail before he could be heard further in his illegal deposits case.
Known for his belligerent arguments, Dhawan reacted sharply and urged bench to not make such 'unfortunate' statements.
"My Lords, you should not make such unfair observations. It is unfortunate. We have been complying with the interim bail conditions," Dhawan retorted.
Dhawan's utterances irked the bench comprising Justice Anil R Dave & Justice A K Sikri apart from the CJI.
"Interim arrangement stands cancelled. Let him go back," the court said, surprising the packed court room.
The court has often expressed displeasure over delaying tactics employed by Sahara since the refund order in 2012.
Two Sahara companies directors Ravi Shankar Dubey and Ashok Roy Choudhary will also be taken into custody.
According to sources, Sahara lawyers will move an application to recall the latest order and the Supreme Court may hear it at 2:30 pm today.
Sahara has to return Rs 36,000 crore to its investors as per the Supreme Court order.
