Pilot thanked Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Vice-President Rahul Gandhi for bestowing on him the new responsibility of PCC chief.

JAIPUR: Taking charge as the President of Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee, Union Minister for Corporate Affairs Sachin Pilot today assured to do the best to win seats for Congress in the Lok Sabha elections from the state.

Giving a new turn to his role as chief of Congress in the state, Pilot said now party workers would not chase or follow their leaders, but leaders would go along with workers sharing each others' responsibilities and challenges.

The new PCC chief was accorded a grand welcome here by Congress workers and leaders, including outgoing PCC president Dr Chandrabhan, in-charge of party affairs Gurudas Kamat, former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, and CLP leader Rameshwar Duddi.
