RSS supreme nationalist organization: BJP

JAMMU: BJP in Jammu and Kashmir today said RSS is the "supreme" nationalist organization and demanded that Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad tender an apology for his remarks drawing a parallel between it and terror outfit Islamic State.

"RSS is the supreme nationalist organization. We strongly denounce Azad's remarks. He should tender an apology," state BJP spokesperson Virender Gupta told reporters.

"Whereas, Islamic State is responsible for the ruthless killing of thousands of people in the name of jihad and poses a great threat to humanity," he said.
