RSS paper slams Shiv Sena for attacking note ban

MUMBAI: The constant criticism of BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi by Shiv Sena has probably got to the RSS. Tarun Bharat, a Sangh-controlled publication has in an editorial slammed Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray on Friday for criticising BJP while still being in the government and has hinted that it is free to leave the government if it wants to.

“The Shiv Sena has taken a very negative opinion on the issue of demonetisation and has been criticising the historic decision almost daily. People on the streets are asking that if the Shiv Sena has such an issue with the BJP’s decisions then it should quit the government instead of abusing it.”said the editorial.

The editorial has interestingly come in the Nagpur edition of Tarun Bharat, which is being seen that the constant criticism has riled the Sangh parivar too. In fact, the editorial mentions the fact that the Sena has not just criticised the BJP and Modi and the government’s policies but has also criticised the Sangh.
