The RSS has decided to postpone its scheduled route marches and other events scheduled for Sunday, November 6 and appealed against a single judge order of the Madras High Court granting permission for the events but with conditions.

It has imposed conditions that the procession and public meetings should be conducted on premises such as grounds or stadium, not carry any sticks or weapons or raise slogans that are offensive to anyone.

The High Court had allowed marches to be held in 44 locations across Tamil Nadu, as against the 50 the RSS wanted to.
