AHMEDABAD: RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat is scheduled to attend a workshop of the Sangh's pracharaks to be held at a gurukul in Mandvi taluka of Kutch from November 11 to 15.

Around 270 pracharaks (full-time RSS workers) from across India would gather at the workshop for guidance and training from senior RSS leaders, according to a press release issued by Gujarat unit of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).

Apart from Bhagwat, RSS general secretary (sarkaryavaha) Suresh 'Bhaiyyaji' Joshi along with many senior RSS leaders from across India will interact with the pracharaks during the six-day workshop, the release said.

The workshop will be held at a Swaminarayan Gurukul in Rampara-Vekra village under Mandvi taluka of Kutch district, it said.

As per the organisation structure of RSS, there are 42 states (prants) in India having 840 districts and 265 divisions. One division comprises of 2 to 4 districts.

The workshop is meant for all the pracharaks who are in-charge of each of these 265 divisions spread across India.

Earlier, such workshop for divisional pracharaks was held in 2010 at Champaran in Chhattisgarh, the release added.
