RPF security, free food and water for passengers
The railways would serve free food and water to passengers as the train would not stop on the way but for changing staff at designated inter-zonal points, RPF DG Arun told.

"To ensure adequate social distancing, railway ministry has allowed booking only for 52 in a bogie with capacity for 72. The states would book tickets for the stranded migrant population and they would give certificates to railways that each passenger is medically fit to travel," Kumar stressed.
It’s up to states, said the DGP, whether to charge passengers or foot their travel expenses.
