Robert Vadra land deal a 'dead issue', raked up only for polls: Congress
Referring to some judgements, Singhvi recalled that even SC had observed that it was not a sin to be the relative of any particular leader.

"We have discussed the issue many times... For all such questions by the AG's office, the state government has given a reply setting the record right. In Oct. 2013, high court had dismissed the petition against Vadra citing such allegations," said Congress spokesperson Abhishek Singhvi.
Accusing BJP of bringing up issues like land deals involving Congress President Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Vadra only during polls, he said, "There is a limit as to how much you can flog the dead issue (sic). Both Ram and this issue are remembered by BJP only during elections."
According to a newspaper report, the office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit) of Haryana had written to the Director General, Town and Country Planning Department (TCPD), in June last year detailing the policy relaxations given to Vadra's company, M/s Skylight Hospitality.
Referring to some judgements on the Vadra issue, Singhvi recalled that even Supreme Court had observed that it was not a sin to be the relative of any particular leader.
