RJD MP Mohammad Taslimuddin surrenders in court, released on bail

Taslimuddin gave himself up before the Kisanganj Fast Track court in a model code of conduct case during 2009 general election.

RJD MP Mohammad Taslimuddin surrenders in court, released on bail
KISANGANJ (BIHAR): RJD MP Mohammad Taslimuddin today surrendered in a district court here in a five year old case of election code violation but was later released on bail.

Taslimuddin gave himself up before the Kisanganj Fast Track court in a model code of conduct case during 2009 general election.

The Judicial Magistrate later released him on bail. The case was registered against Taslimuddin with Kochadhaman police station of violation of model code of conduct during 2009 election.

Taslimuddin had lost election from Kisanganj in 2009 to Congress Maulana Asrarul Haque.

In 2014 general election he shifted to Araria and won on Lalu Prasad's RJD party ticket.
