Rising Muslim population akin to bullet train, says Saamna editorial
NEW DELHI: A Saamna edit has stoked fears about the ‘rising Muslim population’ and has asked the “Sangh to pressure the government” to invoke a compulsory family planning among all citizens in the country to stop the rising Muslim population.

The Sena mouthpiece’s editorial comes as he embarks on a tour to Central Asian republics all of which have a predominantly Muslim population. The Sena has likened the rising Muslim population akin to a ‘ bullet train’ and has said that if the current Muslim population continues to grow, there would be demands for another Pakistan in 25 years. The Sena editorial claimed that if the Muslim population rises in the same manner then the country’s linguistic, geographic and emotional balance would be disturbed, while asking the PM to take note of it.

Questioning Modi’s call to Muslims that he would be available for them even if they call him at midnight, the Sena editorial asks whether Muslims would return the favour and help the country when it is troubled. “The population is rising like a demon and unfortunately the demon has a crescent shaped cap on his head and is wearing a green lungi,” says the edit.
