Ram Vilas Paswan reiterates demand for reservation in private sector

VARANASI: LJP president and Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan today reiterated his demand for reservation in private sector for the upliftment of dalits in the country.

Addressing the inaugural session of the three-day national executive of his party and Dalit Sena, Paswan also sought the inclusion of a chapter on Baba Saheb Ambedkar's life in school books so that students know about his ideology and philosophy.

Attacking ruling Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh, he alleged that it was working against dalits and asked party workers to ensure it is toppled in the next Assembly election.
