Rajasthan Congress marks 40 per cent quota for youth in civic polls
Congress, which was wiped out in the Assembly elections last year, has managed a comeback by winning three out of four seats in the bypolls in September.

"It's a 40-40 formula. 40 per cent of the Congress tickets to be given to candidate below the age of 40 years. This is being done for the first time by any political party in India," Congress chief in Rajasthan Sachin Pilot told.
He stressed that Congress in the state is ensuring youth participation in the real sense.
Congress, which was wiped out in the Assembly elections last year, has managed a comeback by winning three out of four seats in the bypolls in September. It wrested Weir, Nasirabad and Surajgarh Assembly seats from the ruling BJP which could retain only the Kota seat.
