JAIPUR: Rajasthan Assembly was today adjourned till 1 PM within ten minutes of convening following an uproar by Opposition members who cornered the government over their issues.

As soon as the Question Hour began at 11 AM, Leader of Opposition Rameshwar Dudi and other Congress members raised their issues and then they stormed to the Well of the House and created pandemonium.

Speaker Kailash Meghwal had called the listed questions before the Opposition's demands and Agriculture Minister Prabhu Lal Saini also gave a reply amid the din.

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Rajendra Rathore objected to the Opposition's demands and said that they should raise their issues as per the rules of the business of the house.

Home Minister Gulabchand Kataria also countered the Opposition but the Speaker refused him permission to speak.

Despite this, Kataria continued to speak so the Speaker issued instructions to not take on record what Kataria said in the House.
