Arvind Kejriwal, Gandhi's inciting riots: Amit Shah
Union Home Minister Amit Shah accused Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi of inciting violence over the Citizenship Amendment Act.

“Priyanka Vadra has been openly supporting rioters. She says that she will visit the homes of rioters to say that they are innocent,” Shah said. Priyanka Gandhi has been visiting Uttar Pradesh’s violence-hit cities and meeting the families of those who died in the protests. On Saturday, she visited such families in Meerut and Muzaffarnagar.
Earlier, she had been to Bijnor and Lucknow. Shah especially targeted Priyanka Gandhi for these visits. “CAA was a demand pending for more than 70 years. But Congress and AAP are inciting minorities by telling them that they will lose citizenship,” Shah said, assuring that there was no question of any minority losing citizenship due to CAA.
The Union home minister justified the need for CAA in the aftermath of the attack on Nankana Sahib Gurdwara and the killing of a Sikh youth in Pakistan. “Congress and AAP are saying that there is violence against minorities in Pakistan. The attack on Nankana Sahib by Pakistan is an answer to those who are opposing CAA,” the Union home minister said.
