Rahul Gandhi refuses to comment on reported Ramdev-RSS links

Rahul Gandhi today refused to comment on the reported links between Ramdev and Sangh fountainhead RSS on the black money issue.

NEW DELHI: Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi today refused to comment on the reported links between Ramdev and Sangh fountainhead RSS on the black money issue, saying he had more serious things to do.

Asked to comment on Ramdev and RSS reportedly coming together, Gandhi said, "I have far more serious things to do." He was speaking to reporters outside Parliament House.

There have been reports that RSS is supporting Ramdev's movement for bringing back Indian black money stashed away in foreign banks.

Ramdev had undertaken a fast on August 9 at Ramlila Grounds to press his demand the black money issue. He broke his fast today.

Addressing his supporters at Ambedkar stadium in central Delhi where he was taken to after his arrest yesterday, the yoga guru lashed out at the government and Congress leaders. He gave a call for the ouster of the Congress-led government at the Centre for its "failure" to bring back black money and control corruption.
