Rahul Gandhi offers to resign as Congress president, party clarifies he didn't
The BJP is back with a thumping majority and ready to form a government at the Centre. While the Union Cabinet led by PM Narendra Modi resigned on Friday in order to form a new government in the days to come, the Congress party is struggling to match a tally that could give them the post of the Leader of Opposition (LOP). As per reports, Rahul Gandhi has offered to resign as Congress president.
